client dont load?

my client dont work anymore it only says roatpkz is loading??

some one help me

C:\Users\YourName\ , then find a folder called "Roatpkzv5" and delete it, then Reload the client. Let me know if it works for you.

how do i get to the c:user\yourname\? because my client wont load to.
