    If you don't like losing you shouldn't gamble buddy. Also no need to gamble in order to be able to make videos. Yes, having a big bank and do huge giveaways do give you more viewers but I don't think you should start making videos just for the views anyways because you'll most likely quit in no time.

    It sounds harsh but it's the only truth, sorry.

    10 times but make sure to fill in a different name (e.g iceberg slim2, iceberg slim3 etc.) every time and when claiming use your main username you'd like to collect rewards on.

     

    So if you vote 10x with double votes you'd get 20 vote points

    If you vote 10x with double votes + vote boost in cc you get 30 vote points

    you can even ctr+c in your game chatbox to copy the line you've typed :)

    I'm pretty damn sure you can, and if not it should be fixed. Being able to take items from a bag without using a bank shouldn't be possible since that's just going to be op in my opinion. If you skill in the wilderness you take the risk to be attacked, either if you bring risk or not. There are npcs that you can buy/sell/note stuff in the wilderness resource area.

    so valence 45 hours playtime when it is 60 hours required per month. easily should be demoted, also rag bot 24 hours. again demote him for not meeting the needs of his requirement.

    if you dont then you are totally wasting players time with this feedbacks and use them to give you a good motiovational feedback.

    There actually is a use to motivate people. There's something called extrinsic motivation where people (in this case the staff team) gets motivated by getting rewarded. These rewards could be in any form so also verbal (positive feedback). If the staff team is more motivated they're more likely to build a better team and have a happier time being around on Roatpkz as a staff member. Without a motivated staff team Roatpkz has the chance to be placed in a very risky position, because as you know, a private server is nothing without a good staff team.

    Instantly demoting for missing 15 hours isn't very smart. He might have his irl reasons or has been very busy behind the scenes that eventually could have a bigger impact. Also I understand that these requirements are needed as guidelines but demoting just because of some hours missed isn't very smart as very strict staff management isn't going to build a better team on the long term. 

    Call me mean again but what you say isn't true.
