The dharoks fight should supposed to be a skill fight for melee pkers, atm its more rng based

The Dharok tournament on Wednesday/Saturday is too much rng based because of the max gear + dfs as a tank, even if you try to risk low hp to get a decent hit with the dharok's axe the chances are so low that its not even worth to stay low hp and risk to hit with the axe
My suggests ;
- Change the defence level from 99 to 70
- Welfare dharok with as primary weapon ; dragon scimitar, abbysal whip
special attack ; dragon dagger, dragon mace

Skilling would be nice, more pvm locations maybe you can add raids? Also a great idea would be if you lower a little bit on the weekly tournament osrs payouts and add a weekly competition with something like the guy who ends with the best elo of the week that would pay out in osrs. @Gretar
