Suggestions.

Hi I have a few suggestions regarding the server, I personally think that the server needs to be remolded a bit RoatzPkz has a crazy amount of potential with a fairly populated and consistent amount of players showing up to play each and everyday. Knowing this information I'd suggest investing a bit more time to learn what the players want and not only to progress further but to also compete with other larger servers. Things that I would do to improve the servers would be an updated look or even a more responsive clicking ability for a greater experience while bridding or to implement a less private server feel and to add bossing/PVM into the game. Various weapons could be added such as Morgan's Javelin's /Arcane Stream Necklace a blessed Saradomin Sword and these are just a few. Perhaps a Economy server could be made I think the client start up logo is nice but it could be better and  the donator zone could be done over of course this is all opinionated and you may feel the opposite about a lot of these topics but I would be glad to help regardless with the server in anyway if there's anything I could help with such as Graphics/Coding please don't be afraid to get in touch/

I like some of the suggestions we are working towards a bit of a "remodel" I agree with players having more input in what is done maybe a monthly thread which you can vote for updates etc. The ticks are being worked on at the moment which should improve response time a little when it comes to speccing. I disagree with morgan javelins and arcanes stream necklace band blessed sara sword would only be used for pure pking. Arcane stream was ingame but removed. There also use to be a eco server but was also taken down years ago.

I agree, a fresh look for Roat is what it needs to thrive more. 
As it has been suggested multiple times an eco server would be amazing to see, I realize there used to be one but I guess if it's handled differently it may go better.
The rest of your suggestions have been suggested/talked about before, a lot of the reworks would be great to see. Not too keen on the items however.
