Targets skipping while being attacked is still a persistent issue

When you attack players, they can skip you as a target in between your hits. 

This has been a issue because it allows players to remove your ability of upgrading tier when you kill them. This has been an issue becomes high riskers can skip and you will be blocked from the pkpdefence toggle. 

It's been a terrible issue for anyone who hunts for targets in deep wildy rather than edgeville.

THEY SKIP WHILE YOU ARE ATTACKING THEM, NOT BEFORE YOU ARE ATTACKING, THEY CAN SKIP LITERALLY WHILE YOU ARE KILLING THEM.

Well Kudos to them if they're quick enough to 1 tick 3 ways within 0.6 seconds
