Add them to your ignore-list. Easy problem solver. Additionally you can enable the 'Chat Flame Filter' (Quest tab > Wrench) and manually customize it yourself to censor certain words. 

For whats it worth I agree with you, but roatpkz prioritizes freedom of speech to an extent.
