Pet points/pet shop

Would be cool if rather then having pet shop as part of the donor shop if we could have a pet shop

Same idea where you collect points to buy pets but with a few changes.

- you can trade your unwanted pets for "pet points" or when you trade it in it you get a mystery box where itll give you a random amount of points. (including skilling/pvm pets)

- Could also include pet boxs in the shop for a high amount of points on top of the pets that are already within the donor shop 

- Pet points tradable so they can be sold
