    in no circumstance should anyone without a special attack be hitting 65+ with a non spec basic attack weapon when at 65+ hp period.

    You clearly haven't been watching how DH special is supposed to work, in NO scenario should dh be hitting upwards of 67 when the player using dhar has 65+ hp Ive seen this happen over 10 times today its gotta be fixed this is a serious flaw breaking the armor getting stupid high hits when they shouldn't be achieving this damage.
