Multiple Voting/Use of VPN? Allowed or not?

I was just wondering is multi voting allowed/use of a VPN?
I see people getting at least 10 votes a day from the score boards equalling 70 in a week. I thought it wasn't allowed? But people are obviously doing it if they have 70 votes. you get me?

Yes, sharing your method is not.

Yes it's allowed, you're capped at 10 votes using a VPN. If you know how to a proceed to bypass this a vote more than 10 times a day then it becomes punishable. As well  selling your method is not allowed.
