rolforion Posted November 9, 2015 Report Share Posted November 9, 2015 (edited) I noticed when I joined this server that the special attack bar only works in 10%'s. I didn't really bother with it but seeing as the most common special attack weapon currently used is the dds, it is hard to tell whether you can spec at 20% or not.
