Forums Player of the week/month

Would potentially be an interesting idea to get the forums back up to speed with in-game. The idea is players can gain rep and top posts (most liked/most interacted) on the forums and gain in-game rewards for it. 

An example would be a vote box/PvP box or something along those lines. Does not have to be these rewards, can be entirely new rewards or even pkp/vp.

This could potentially get the forums active again and add a little more substance to the forums aswell.
