Roatz windows 11 client "launching client"

Everytime I try and load roatz it would give me error connecting try in 30 seconds, so I deleted all files, made sure java was updated and reinstalled client now when I run it, it shows in the roatz pkz launcher just "launching client" and doesn't move past that point.

Try deleting it and redownloading following this guide.
