Mobile phone voting

I don't know what but somethings wrong with voting on mobile even if I vote correct on some sites it says I haven't and I do it several times and it says I still haven't voted and it's not just my device i tried voting on three different ones and it won't work.

Any advice on what I could do? I just tried agaiun and the ones that won't work are  rsps list and top100 and I'm in the us
