  1. Support for both. Easy add if you know what you're doing and can't do any harm.
  2. Dutch? He used to play SS. Caused me a fuckload of trouble when I was a mod lol...
  3. Thanks man! It was great staking a bit with you before! I hope to see you in game some more! LOL WAIT A SECONDDDDDDDD PEPI? I know a pepi... Blond guy?
  4. Very well put and very similar to my philosophy. I find I learn so much from just being out and about and socializing. Old, young, doesn't matter, as you said, everyone brings something to the table!
  5. Nice! I was a global mod too, but on Soulsplit, not here aha.
  6. I'm sure it was! I actually don't seem to remember, what position/role did you have?
  7. Awesome! Did you enjoy your time as staff?
  8. Hey guys, so I wanted to "Indulge" myself in to this community as much as possible so I figured I'd start up a new discussion. What I wanna know is why you guys have stuck around Roat or the RSPS scene in general? Like, what's your story, why do you log on every day, and what keeps you motivated? I'll start! For me, it's probably either the social aspect because I love meeting new people and chatting. Also, I love staking because it's a hell of a lot of fun and I don't need to blame myself when I lose items, I can blame the system Lol... I log on every day to have a good time and just to mess around. Anyhow, that's me. What about you guys?
  9. Didn't know you personally but seems as if you knew your shit. Take care man, best of luck in life.
  10. Granted you may assume that, however, anyone with 30$ can technically become a super donator. The rank isn't set up so you guys can look like staff, it's just the way it came out lol. With all due respect, even though you do help, you're not a staff member (at least yet) and should not have a colour the same until you actually do assume said rank.
  11. What I'm suggesting today is an easy fix. I am suggesting that we change the colours of the Super donator forum rank due to the fact it is essentially the same colour as server support. On top of the confusion it may cause, it's also nice to have a proprietary colour or at least shade for each rank, staff especially. So yeah, that's all I got for this suggestion. Ciao, Adam.
  12. Hey! Nice to see a fellow Canadian here! Enjoy the game and if you wanna chat, feel free to send me a message!
  13. People post the threads about the staff regardless when they want. So why not save thew spa and have 1 thread for each of the staff instead of 4-5 per.
  14. The point is to use that section more efficiently m8...
  15. That's a whole different discussion. If we're talking about what's more effective, talking to them or just throwing a warning at them, I would 100% agree that talking is more effective and studies IRL have shown that as well. However, that's not the impression I was given from what you were saying. Funny how we're havign debates on 2 different threads lol.
  16. I understand that point and respect it 100%. The other side of the coin is that staff get to see exactly when and where they fell off the tracks based on the change in tone in their feedback thread. It also shows them mutual point when cross referenced that are either good or bad and need changing or continuing. If a staff does something stupid, they could voice it on that thread.
  17. I guess I poorly worded it, but essentially a part of what I was trying to get across was the fact that no matter the community, there are gonna be little shits for lack of a better term that don't change. He still has to handle the situation to protocol. If they don't wanna change, it's on them, the issues still have to be resolved and punishments need to be handed out. I may not have a ton of experience here, but it's the same thing from the game I came from and many others that I played periodically.
  18. Hey there, Benbon back with another suggestion. This time, what I'm suggesting is that there should be individual feedback threads for each staff even with the monthly. Instead of having a mess of threads on the section from players posting 3-4 times for 1 staff, each staff should create a thread and allow all players to post their feedback there. Thing like pointers, or even just a thanks after being helped. Not only is it more clean, but staff will be able to see all of their feedback easily and efficiently and not have to search for it. IE: Yoobs Feedback thread "Hey guys, I've been staff for XYZ time, please leave all constructive feedback below! Positive and negative is appreciated!" Acceptable feedback: You're a hard worker Yadda yadda yadda. Not acceptable: Lolnoob. Let me know what you think!
  19. With all due respect. Just because someone's known as the one who won't change, it doesn't give him an immunity to the rule. Coming from other successful servers, being staff on some, when issuing a ban, you don't look at the player but at the "crime." If someone who's a known rule breaker breaks a rule, you deal accordingly as if you've never heard his name.
  20. Developer(s) Alex Seems people are looking up to you to greatly improve Rpkz, don't let us/them down. Global Admin(s) Yoobs You seem to be doing a good job at keeping everyone posted and running things. Keep working hard. Administrator(s) Legend Haven't seen any of you which could be because of timezones. If it's not because of that, you know what you gotta do. Site Manager(s) N/A Global Moderator(s) Ungrateful You seem to have your ducks in a line. My best advice to you would be to be as outspoken with the community as possible. Remember that at the end of the day, it's them you're doing this for! Forum Moderator(s) Zoradz You seem to be a nice guy. Trust me, forum running alone is not fun and I get that because I've done that. Keep swinging and being perseverant and I'm sure you'll go far! Player Moderator(s) N/A Server Support Bride Chucky You're always on when I am and I notice a real wish and desire to help others. Keep working hard. Pedro Fails So far, I'm unimpressed. When I see you on, you're trolling, swearing and being a child. You will not go far with this mentality and I guarantee you you look like a tool. Get serious and understand you have a job to do. Obviously you're allowed to have fun, but when it gets as public and constant as it is with you, it becomes a burden to the image of your staff team. Overall, I think the staff team has fair potential if management can bring them up and train them as they are supposed to. Once a full hierarchy in the team is achieved, things will run a lot more smooth!
  21. Thanks for all the warm welcomes guys!
  22. Hey there, what I'm suggesting is something rather helpful. I think there is a need for a refund system to be in place for hacks. There can be a "refund team" who is in charge of looking at the appeals and going thru the trade logs to see if the report was real. This way, it's not at anyone's expense if they lose their items and you can ban the hackers afterwards. Let me know what you think!
