Why would anyone want to invest money in an item you'd just have laying in your bank with no use. 🤔 They used to be 1 PKP each and were added as a source for better HP healing for PKing (they were popular for risk fights) but now we have Angler-fish for half a PK Point each so there really isn't any reason to give them value.
