Global Admin(s) SMACKD - Playtime: 13 Hours (+43 AFK) - Slow month for smackd but the suns out so enjoy that vitamin D. Generally consistent and fast responding with any issue, no feedback required. Administrator(s) Fantastic Cx - Playtime: 22 Hours (+131 Hours AFK) Rag Bot V1 - Playtime: 26 Hours (+31 Hours AFK) Rarely see much from the administration team with the structure of the server I would assume as it's mostly behind the scenes also taking under consideration their length of service it's justified to do what they want . Player Moderator(s) # Baz # Goat # Valence # A Pixel # Fruitiest I have put in order to which in my eyes is the highest performing moderator. I generally think with Baz's consistent performance he would be the perfect addition to the administration team due to the timezone and presence he makes on the server - although keep that private on my dude, seen it off lately. Goat is generally one of the nicest members on the staff, general down to earth, active staff member who you can always rely on to get the job done. Valence is always getting his hands dirty and getting involved, don't have much communication with him personally but am vigilant of the staff's performance and cannot fault his. A pixel seems to be the most distant in my eyes from the moderation team, I don't think I've seen him ::yell when online only time I see any activity from him is when it's time to pay the osrsgp from tournaments. Lastly Fruitiest, the reason for him being at the bottom of the rankings this month is unfortunately his performance has been below average. In my eyes I believe that the standard of the way he deals with situations need to be doubled checked. It feels to me that he has a circle within this community of his friends and when a issue arises he pulls the trigger on the shotgun without actually analyzing the situation effectively. I've also experienced bad attitude from him. Server Support(s) 2 Wapens - Playtime: 6 Hours (+5 Hours AFK) - Inactive / Demote. No Name Set - Playtime: 126 Hours (+159 Hours AFK) - 126 hours played and never seen him speak. Chui - Playtime: 167 Hours (+52 Hours AFK) - Very welcoming down to earth staff member, as the time played reflects his enjoyment in the server his attitude reflects that. King Arturia - Playtime: 36 Hours (+3 Hours AFK) - Never seen him speak. Boney - Playtime: 19 Hours (+90 Hours AFK) - Boney is a pker doesn't seem engaged with the community, I don't think I've ever seen him speak. Niddy - Playtime: 21 Hours (+3 Hours AFK) - Quite aggressive at times. Fun Time - Playtime: 211 Hours (+74 Hours AFK) - Send to rehab. Ex0tic - Playtime: 149 Hours (+23 Hours AFK) - Promote to mod. Consistently active, positive attitude, seems like he's only server support in my eyes with the full package. I believe chui is next in line afterwards. To summarize the current server support team it seems like there's a ongoing lack of energy as per all my staff feedbacks I'm constantly repeating the same issue. It takes energy to be a staff member, constantly engaging with the community and dealing with the issues, that might not be for everyone perhaps think about if your position on the staff team makes you happy if not step down - let other people have a chance who may actually put in the effort in and impact the server positively.

This is the best thing I've ever seen. Looks like I wont be receiving a Christmas card this year then. Nonce.

Feedback as follows... As for the administration team's activity with the fast pace of life and the journey this server has been on it's safe to say who gives a fuck, they've got a solid team there which works. Smackd is a asset to the team he is clinical with the way he deals with situations and has proved his leadership with the clan and presence in-game. 2 years back when I was banned for rwt Fantastic was a quick fire duel akimbo double barrel shoutgun followed by Jblind who send me straight to prison. A Pixel - Poor performance / unresponsive - hopefully was just a bad day. Fruitiest - Playtime: 40 Hours (+33 Hours AFK) - Solid. Goat - Playtime: 92 Hours (+88 Hours AFK) - Great character, good heart. Very welcoming, offering something different to the server from the staff team which seem to be purge orientated, cares about the server as I've experienced he has gone out his way to give advice on editing etc. Baz - Playtime: 94 Hours (+42 Hours AFK) - Asset to the server, very active, quick responsive whenever there is a issue and cares for the game I think he should be admin. Despite our little trash talks in pms that's just all fun and does not reflect the great job he does as a moderator, taking under consideration in reflection the effect his departure had on the purge cc leaving us questioning are osker going to take over now speaks volumes. Valence - Playtime: 153 Hours (+182 Hours AFK) - As recently promoted it shows his hunger and hardwork is paying off - very quick to reply and has a good attitude. Server Support(s) TULRAK - Playtime: 127 Hours (+81 Hours AFK) Haven't you been server support for long enough? Trial mod? General feedback for server supporters Maybe timezones, I do see names pop up sometimes when logs in but never really feel much of a presence on the server or see in the wilderness, are you a venny gold farmer? Nah I'm only trolling, be nice to hear some more voice in the game. Interaction with the players creates a community in which community stimulates growth. Skeleton has been promoted to Server Support - Spent a lot of time on the game and is doing a good job keeping the purge clan in order with recent departures it was shakey at the start. I think it's a deserved promotion and I hope he does a good job, I think it would be good to see more personality and aggression come from skeleton as a leader of purge to create excitement in the game, the rivalry will be good for business. Fun Time has been promoted to Financial Support. We congratulate them on the promotions! Brad 4 SS?

Honestly mate, you'll never get anywhere this attitude. As a staff member you're representing the business and meant to lead by example, if you put yourself in gretars shoes would you want yourself working for his business? Self reflection mate. Start stimulating the brain by being proactive then good things will come.

Appreciate the feedback on previous videos fellas. Definitely taking it on board and the watermark will be leaving soon, progress is progress. Slow or fast - Just trying to establish comfort and confidence with the recording/editing side of things and even the commentary, all a process. Thank you fellas. Just trying to find my feet with it all at the moment. I've been referred to use Adobe premier editing software from a friend. If I don't feel comfortable with that Filmora is definitely #1 at the moment for me but will try that as well to see what feels most comfortable. I've tried OBS but explains using DaVinci for editing. Thank you mate - completely agree, I'm still very green with the software at the moment. To me it's like learning another language so hats off to how you've mastered it. Will start investing to remove watermarks as I am enjoying what I'm doing just need to get better. This is a concerning. Perhaps a misunderstanding, given the environment that we live in this is understandable but the truth is like a lion it will not require any defence. Coming from "Smoothie" stream today of which I subbed, great attitude followed by the environment - he even mentioned alt accounts and that they can be a issue regardless to this outcome the show still went on. It can be monitored but not always avoided. Yet here we have I PK max Jr - Is he just as honest? As you can see my friend (IG: SWEETALCHMY) who swears by the truth that he has been legit but I PK Max Jr has not - Im writing this this post in an attempt to shed some light on the situation and identify where who is the bad egg.
