i just lost my items because of this bug http://prntscr.com/e5nre7

and it happend 1 time also at duel arena i lost there 10k and as kindly that guy gave it back but now i lost my items may i have a refund please everytime this happends.

We have a auto-save system for a reason, close your client and you wouldn't of died.
