Unsure on this issue

So I've come across a problem trying to login.. https://gyazo.com/95ead564f18ed11f9beeb0e740153ba9 - I've only got one client open. I'll try restarting my computer and stuff and I'll keep you posted on this issue. - 

P/S - I've checked task manager in case of hidden clients that might be there, but nothing.

Try clearing your cache.

Have you tried continuing to log into the game multiple times after this message? I used to get this exact problem and would just click login multiple times, it would fix itself.

If that doesn't work, reload the client a few times. If it continues.. then it's in Gretar's hands on fixing this.

I'll give that ago, tried deleting and redownloading the client also, Still same issue.
