Pet Chance Increase Idea

If you are skulled while in the wilderness you get +10% chance at pet, stacks with pet scroll

Would only make sense if you're obliged to risk an x-amount of pkp, otherwise it's just a free 10% boost.

@Generousguy Getting a skilling pet is 1/50 hours normally but in the wilderness that becomes 1/25 hours. There's no need to add anymore bonuses I think that's huge already.
