Losing Items after game crash

I have lost 4 Items after game crash that yesterday, 

1 White ankou legging

1 Holy ornament Kit

1 A Seren Pet

1 Corrupted Wolf

I'm a Mercher, You can see trade Logs and Bank logs of yesterday I tried to contact with a staff members but its not helping and they telling me that I sold the seren pet and the kit before 2 days and they right but I also bought another one of each I bought the sanguinesti staff that had Holy ornament Kit on it and I disbanded it and putted on Trading Post.

after that game crashed and I lost my 4 items
