Ice Barrage hiding

I believe this issue should be addressed  regard Ice barrage. How a player can freeze you for 15 seconds and a player can walk on your player avoiding any damage in that time frame. Have seen users abusing it to hit and run, not allowing you to get an attack off. Just want it so if they do this you can still attack them.

It's called "DD'ing". You can freeze your opponent and then walk in on him. It's always been like that, even on Rs, not a bug mate.

So even the hit and run part of it...how did they keep this? Such a cheap tatic.

Standing on someone is not Noclipping.

This is not a bug, and is supposed to happen. 

Get use to it buddy.

Its called dd hugging and is not against the rules and is not a bug.
