I partially agree with you. Clue scrolls should be more awarding and have more variety in rewards. I want it to be a clue scroll reward, but it would be heavily merched because demand > supply. Every no arm riskfighter would wear a pair. I'd prefer LMS shop for 25 points, altough rewards from multiple clues (hard/elite) might put it on the right spot as well. Its "just iron platelegs with +1 str bonus", but also an item that can be amazing for the right person that uses it.

Make it either a clue scroll reward or a LMS item. Try keeping its value to half of the faceguard.

This boss could spawn in various locations and simply become a new, more stable HP event that requires slightly more skill to get dps on for decent rewards, and of course, without a staff members input. Rewards could be as following: First prize: Diamond key + 5K pkp Second prize: 2 Platinum keys + 3K pkp Third prize: 3 Gold keys + 1.5k pkps Keys are in noted form. The winners would also get teleblocked for thirty seconds, one minute if they don't have protect from magic up. This automatic teleblock should reset the players previous teleblock if the player has gotten teleblocked. Main thing is to try to tank out and get home with the rewards. This would give the game more of a fun and competitive edge on the hp events and aswell as a better risk:reward gaming, which roatpkz is all about. This would also wipe out "weapon camping" and encourage people to switch attacks aswell as prayers. The boss should be able to use all three attack forms, its the Wise Old Man after all. The wise old man should be able to use protection prayers aswell.

Might be a joke but it's doable. Don't reach out to fagex but make up a c++ script handling all of that.
