As if making Barrows cost PKP was not enough of a sink, we needed fixing as well? I don't get it, leave Barrows always repaired - the real PKP sink should be degrading PvP stuff (Vesta, Stat, etc. all armor/weps) after X hours of use. We need to cut these down, tired of main PK becoming skulled rune pkers vs non-skulled stat. Did you try again after 1 min? First I'd suggest try log on another account just to check if there is a problem with "antique" If no accounts work then delete the cache from C:\Users\YourName\ (the two folders to remove are "roatpkzv5" and "rpkzclient") Launch the client again and it will automatically re-download newest cache then try to log in Tell us how you get on with this

Same happened to me - apparently you're meant to re-log when this happens - which I did and hung around for several minutes and it still didn't show! Happened to me several days ago with d defender and I didn't care but void isn't cheap/easy to get. I did buy another one but not using till this shit it fixed. Some nice suggestions there, I support most except for ditch, dspear, and custom teles (people paid for, and ::meth is diff because no protect item)

1. It's hard to get rich PK'ing 4 PKP at a time, that equates to hundreds of kills for an AGS. Even taking into account kill streak bonuses, the odd smite for items, and double point weekends. 2. Merch'ing is low risk compared to staking (actually his method is no risk because he buys some PK shop items for less than what the shop would pay if you re-sold them, and evidently it's working)

I wouldn't have given back stuff either TBH... at the very least I would have said you could buy them back, not free (unless you're a good friend). I'm nice, but not that nice lol! The odds will be against me: if I returned items to 100% of the people that ask me, on the off chance that just one of them was you, I'd probably lose much more than AGS, ACB & Serp; so yeah, not going to happen. Although this community is pretty terrible overall, I'd argue this experiment isn't really proof of that, because this would happen on basically every server and even on RS itself (and any other unrelated games). Esp. on a spawn server where you very rarely get items worth looting, the times you do is usually something to treasure not undo.

Support, only takes a few mins to add and very useful. Additionally, could be added so you respawn to the nearest hub to where you died - for all locations (Eg. ATM when you die at ::brid you spawn at ::brid bank, when you die at ::funpk you spawn there, same for ::meth and ::f2p - this thing can apply for ::varrock, and ::mb and any others that I can't remember if there are more)

OK I'll support the first post but why pets on a PVP server, and the only pet would be chaos ele? They just get in the way of pking lol, unless you like to stand in the bank

I think you raise a valid point. I reckon duels should start at the same time, as in both players should be able to attack each other simultaneously at the beginning of the fight. This is how it used to be. PID should only come into play at the end of the fight when both players land a killing blow, the game needs to choose a winner and only display the hit from one person. Currently it's unfair if your opponent gets the first hit because they remain one round of combat ahead throughout. If this happens against me, I usually don't stake that person again in that session.

Can you be more specific? There is no link between these forums and the game itself, the accounts are completely separate (stored on different servers). What is the message on the login screen? And is the issue specific to one character, or for all usernames?

Let's swing this thread back on topic, I've heard that OSRS recently changed their PID system to make it more consistent, but this problem still exists on RS: Now wouldn't you rather have a system where an attack seems to always have priority over eating/praying such as in RPkz? PKing server = players killed, not players surviving. Even if this is coded wrong, it's better than fucking tanking a tent with shrimps! ROFL I finally get it, all those "I ate" comments are a good thing, people are meant to die.

If all else fails, ask @Yoobs to merge this account (Dirty_Slut) with your new one - basically removing the new one that's giving you problems and changing the username on this one to what you want. I'm sure he can do that.

How about this: Untradeable items are one-off purchases from the PK point shop. After you bought it once - the item is unlocked for your character and becomes free from the PK shop for life. I have seen this implemented on other servers and added it to a project I once made myself, so it's very easily done. You can still loot it back from the ground or just grab another set from the shop, the choice is yours.

Congrats John, well deserved. He has done a lot to help people with client issues, and of course single-handedly loaded the Roatpkz wiki with a ton of info. Server support isn't enough for this guy but it's a start.

Nah, you just get the one item with all of the packs, except the huge one which gives 9. And the vote pack gives 2 (although one of them, for some reason, is junk claws).
