He means if you get a the amount of kills listed in the limited time of October 30th to October 31st you get the item listed for that amount of kills. So let's say you get 50 kills on october 30th right? You get a pumpkin head, Because it's 50 kills. Then after October 31st you cannot get these items anymore, Making them limited.Like so people can see.
