D mace way too inaccurate?

I am not sure if I've just had absolutely awful luck with RNG while using the Dragon Mace, but I personally like the idea of using D mace as my spec weapon to switch up from DDS, but I literally always hit a 0. I've hardly ever hit anything with it, was there a change done to it? A few months back it felt like it wasn't too bad.

 

Anyways, my suggestion is a buff on the accuracy. Nothing super huge, just so it actually has a use.

I've hit high before, but it just seems like it NEVER hits for me now.

hell he could balance the str bonus and increase the accuracy, I just want it to actually hit more than a 0 >.>
