Yeah, technically it tracks who's done the most damage and that person wins. But obviously if you have more supplies left then that means you've done more damage anyway so it's the same thing. 24k: You're both not meant to lose (I know because Gretar already answered me this when I asked) so this needs to be moved to bug reports by a mod.
