I agree with this to an extent. Maybe a pkp count for your dmg done, but something very miniscule. Let's say, maybe 50 pkp per 1000 dmg done? My average dmg is somewhere betwen 5-8k and it's time consuming asf. My average reward would be roughly 250-400 pkp which is actually okay if you multiply it by the number of people there is at the event.

Owner : Gretar - Playtime: NaN Delegation of tasks is what I think Gretar should work on. Waiting a week or two for a feedback thread is lacking. Things such as granting Valence permissions to view all hours (afk and not afk) of all staff so he can release these threads on the first of every month. Another developer will also be very beneficial for the game. I understand that you're very busy and that's okay, that's why you should be handing out more responsibilites to more staff members to ensure things get done in a timely and efficient manner. I would like to reinstate that I believe delegation of tasks should be your main priority right now, but im sure you probably know this already. Overall, neat update for Feburary (thanks Smackd) , good poll on discord as well, transparency of hours will also be a good thing so we can use that to draw more feedback, in saying that I have seen you online quite a bit this month. Global Admin(s) : SMACKD - Playtime: 51 Hours (+99 AFK) Super active this month, which is great to see in an admin. Hosting many hp events, and associating with the community commonly (on the yell chat specifically). Smackd also hosts loads of LMS for the community which is also really fun and keeps the players going. Overall, Smackd is an outstanding admin that is active and continually interacts with the community. As i was writing this Smackd just hosted a 600k drop party and a 200k LMS. Only proving my point further. Administrator(s): Fantastic Cx - Playtime: 5 Hours (+61 Hours AFK) Low hours, it's sad to see that you've given up the tradition of posting feedback threads that you've upheld for the past year or so. However, I do believe this is best for the community so thank you for doing that . Have not seen much of you lately in game or on forums but have seen you a little on discord which is always a good thing. Overall, engagement with the community is optimal (which is something we dont see) but I'm sure you're just as busy doing things behind the scenes so props to that. JBLIND - Playtime: 3 Hours (+35 Hours AFK) "Who's ex0tic" ... do you even read these? you should.Either way, 4 hp events this month which is fairly average to below average for an administrator, not much engagement with the community (which is possibly why you didnt know who i was), which isn't a good thing. Granted that you could be doing some sort of works that the general community can't see. Nonetheless, an increase in activity and /or engagement with the community is much needed. Rag Bot V1 - Playtime: 17 Hours (+24 Hours AFK) Remarkable amount of hpevents in contrast to hours played. Clearly, hours played dosen't determine the quality of those hours which is what we see here. 10 hp events totalled which is really good for 17 hours played! I'd also like to acknowledge the firm stance that was taken by you on discord in regards to "mafia good" RWT and would like to say that was dealt with really well. Kept your cool, reinstated what you believed and was very well mannered. Overall, an admin that's really good at what he does with decent hours played and high quality performance both in game and on discord. Player Moderator: A Pixel - Playtime: 101 Hours (+39 Hours AFK) High quality moderator that always helps me when asked, and is very respectable. Helps out heaps with youtuber giveaways, hosts plenty of hp events , longest serving moderator, hosts plenty of lms, active on discord, immense play time hours , when is the admin promotion? Fruitiest - Playtime: 24 Hours (+11 Hours AFK) Quality moderator , haven't seen much of him in game . However, i have seen him more actively on discord. An improvement on hours would be ideal but people do get busy with irl stuff every now and then which is understandable. Either way, you still got more playtime hours than most server supports but I would like to see you more actively in game. Goat - Playtime: 93 Hours (+72 Hours AFK) 👍 Exceptionally good mod , good playtime hours. Baz - Playtime: 107 Hours (+57 Hours AFK) Baz is top notch moderator who caters to all people of all backgrounds. Baz helps youtubers a lot and in turn that helps the server's population grow, also hosted countless hp events and very generous when it comes to LMS hosting. Actively helps people with crazy playtime hours, more than most of the other staff which is really encouraging to see. True role model right here... trial administrator ? No room for improvement in my opinion. Valence - Playtime: 126 Hours (+110 Hours AFK) As usual I believe Valence is one of the highest performing staff members in game. Pretty cool and chill and always willing to go above and beyond for others to get issues resolved no matter how long that takes and that's what makes him truly unique. Always hosting / helping out with all sorts of events such as treasure hunts and hp events, etc. Most hours played for moderator+ and this is easily noticable by all players and appreciated. Overall, highly active, friendly and patient moderator. Server Support(s): 2 Wapens - Playtime: 35 Hours (+8 Hours AFK) 35 hours played = average for a server support. Nonetheless, 2 Wapens is continually putting in an effort to exploit bugs and help better the game so that's really good . Overall, a decent server support. Yiyo - Playtime: 0 Hours (+0 Hours AFK) Why is this guy still a server support?!?! 0 hours played... is there something wrong with the logging of his playtime hours or something? This is not a reflection on Yiyo anymore this is a reflection on the quality of the administration team (poor) that wont do what needs to be done. Terminate him. No Name Set - Playtime: 80 Hours (+87 Hours AFK) Double the hours played in comparison to last month which is great! No Name Set is an exceptionally helpful server support. Helping out on multiple discord servers that help Roat pkz in some way, always tuning in on youtuber's live streams and generally helping out players where needed. Overall, a decent server support who has been server support for over 6 months with the prospects of looking at becoming a moderator one day. Chui - Playtime: 65 Hours (+49 Hours AFK) Chui is my absolute favourite server support. Keeps out of the public eye and is always there when someone needs help via ::help or through his pms. Overall, a very kind, active, friendly and supportive sever support who always has the players' interests at heart. King Arturia - Playtime: 35 Hours (+4 Hours AFK) Improvement in hours compared to last months which is always a good thing. Your comment does, however worry me and in conjunction with our chat in game it seems as though you're seriously planning to play even less hours. To my regret, I think if you honestly are starting to lose interest in the game it's best if you resign. Regardless of what decision you make i do wish the best for you . Boney Money - Playtime: 15 Hours (+16 Hours AFK) Hours cut in half in comparison to last month's hours and I rarely see this guy online. Not sure if this is due to him being afk or on an alt or something but regardless, 15 hours isn't that much and I dont see him on discord or forums or anywhere else that could benefit the Roat Pkz community. Lacking in my opinion. Ya Mama - Playtime: 47 Hours (+6 Hours AFK) Much more active this month . Favourite quality of Ya mama is that he's active on discord which basically seperates him from the rest of the server support team. Props to you for actually making a huge improvement in my opinion, this is what I as well as the greater Roat Pkz community like to see. The only thing I'd probably suggest is less playtime on alts but other than that you're good. Overall, a mature, active server support who is interested in feedback and where to improve (this can be seen in last month's feedback therad). Babderkun - Playtime: 3 Hours (+44 Hours AFK) Really good server support although the hours have dropped sadly . Hopefully this is a 1 time thing and we can get back on track. Overlooking that disturbing fact, Babderkun is generally a good server support. Skeleton - Playtime: 241 Hours (+58 Hours AFK) Skeleton was clearly a valuable pick for server support, having the most played hours out of the entire staff team! I'd like to congratulate you on that . This was very well reflected on the ::staff list and Skeleton has constantly been interacting with the community. This can be seen by the several LMS skeleton has hosted over these past couple of weeks. Overall Skeleton is a high performing server support whom brings constant ideas to the staff team as well as having an amazing knowledge base when it comes to people asking for prices and other information in the game and the only suggestion I'd make is to be more lenient when it comes to rookies in your pms. Fun Time - Playtime: 211 Hours (+94 Hours AFK) High quality server support with 2nd best hours out of all staff! That's a great achievement. Definitely deserved his position. Helps out heaps of people in the help clan chat. Overall, Fun time is a reliable server support that is very friendly, helpful and spends time with the community. Although this feedback isn't as lengthy as the others sometimes less is more.

Owner / admins / global admin: Gretar - Playtime: NaN Smackd - Playtime: 27 Hours (+100 AFK) Fantastic Cx - Playtime: 7 Hours (+63 Hours AFK) JBLIND - Playtime: 22 Hours (+118 Hours AFK) Rag Bot V1 - Playtime: 9 Hours (+18 Hours AFK) Whole administration team has been amazing, engaging with the community far more often than last couple of months. Been seeing a lot more logins, especially in these last couple of weeks (February). Nonetheless, a lot more hp events being run by admins, which is always a good thing. I've seen Gretar and Rag bot also run hp events but didn't screen shot it so credits to them too. Overall, durable, active and sound administration team. As I know this is the section that you guys are most likely to read I would also like to say that I am rather disappointed that there were no server support demotions, which were very well deserved. I'd like to suggest that someone amongst either moderators or admins takeover the unoccupied position of forum moderator and bring back to life the forums / be in charge of posting feedback threads and other announcements / updates, etc. Player Moderator: A Pixel - Playtime: 103 Hours (+40 Hours AFK) A Pixel has been highly active and I've seen him help out multiple people throughout my playtime this past month and has really good hours played for a moderator. Overall, good, decent mod that helps the community heaps with treasure hunts, hp events and helping out players. Fruitiest - Playtime: 40 Hours (+33 Hours AFK) Fruitiest is a really good mod with little to no room for improvement. Always helping others as can be demonstrated in the attached images, hosting hp events and overall, very helpful, patient and knowledgeable moderator. Keep up the good work . Goat - Playtime: 92 Hours (+88 Hours AFK) Even though on last month's feedback he told me he doesn't read what I type , only if he's tagged, only to then tell me that he is still not going to read it even though I did tag him, Goat is still a great moderator so I'll leave it at that. Baz - Playtime: 94 Hours (+42 Hours AFK) Respect and admiration for this dude is huge. I find it difficult to put into words what Baz is, as he's so understanding, helpful, and determined. Baz is always active on discord and always willing to help people who send thru a dm. Some players don't have such a good grasp on the English language and find it difficult to express what they're thinking in words and instead of getting angry and giving up on them Baz acknowledges this and actually takes the time to try and understand these guys. He also puts himself in other people's shoes and tries to see things from their perspective which is so rare and is definitely a quality that can be found in leaders. Through this level of understanding Baz is able to provide much needed support to players. Additionally, Baz has exceptional playtime hours and continues to push himself. Overall, an exceptional moderator whom is suitable for a higher position. Valence - Playtime: 153 Hours (+182 Hours AFK) Every time a player has a problem that I cant help with guess who I send them to? This guy right here. What the actual Fuck. Valence has somehow, singlehandedly managed to keep at the very least 10 players that I sent to him from quitting this month alone! Not to mention the separate incidents that I'm unaware of. There was a case where a player somehow managed to get himself to ::champ with his bank in inventory and lost it all (isolated incident). The manner in which Valence dealt with this is outstanding. I don't see many staff going out of their way to help average players in this way. There is only a few that i can think of but this isn't there feedback this is Valence's. Best playtime hours out of all staff and this is what truly makes Valence not only deserving of his role but deserving of a promotion. I mean it when I say it'd be incredible if this guy is an admin. I'd also like to acknowledge the initiative Valence has been taking, helping players, posting staff feedback forums threads, hp events, calming players down on discord when the server is down. Overall, one heck of a staff member with no room for improvement. General statement: I believe the position of server support shouldn't be viewed as a position of power to hoard such as moderator or admin. It should be constantly changing and up to date. Players need constant support, especially with a growing server and server supports are constantly falling behind and lacking due to not taking up as much interest in the game anymore. This is why it's important to constantly change them if requirements are not being met. Nothing personal, if they retake interest in the game they should reapply for server support instead of doing the bare minimum and hoarding a position so people don't get adequate help. Server Support(s) It's not like any of these server supports with under 40 hours playtime are at admin level busy. What's going on? Much too lenient. Most of these guys are repeat offenders. TULRAK - Playtime: 127 Hours (+81 Hours AFK) Well.. all great things must come to an end. Valence has finally overtaken you for most hours played in a month amongst staff members. However, that dosen't takeaway from the fact that you're a very capable staff member that helps and guides others where needed with amazing playtime hours. Overall, one of the very few decent server supports you guys got. 2 Wapens - Playtime: 23 Hours (+8 Hours AFK) Demote. 47 hours playtime between two months... Self explanatory. Yiyo - Playtime: 5 Hours (+1 Hours AFK) Demote. 5 hours playtime , self explanatory. No Name Set - Playtime: 40 Hours (+154 Hours AFK) Extremely helpful server support who is always lending a helping hand especially when it comes to youtubers, which is a good thing. Overall one of the best server supports but could improve on hours played. Keep up the good work pal . Chui - Playtime: 77 Hours (+44 Hours AFK) 2nd highest playtime hours but that doesn't mean much considering Chui is all about quality. The amount of people Chui helps is ridiculous, unfortunately I was not lucky enough to capture a snippet of it but surely next month I'll be able to. Constantly helping players and proactive within the Roat pkz community. Chui the best. King Arturia - Playtime: 8 Hours (+0 Hours AFK) Not sure what has happened here But I'd like to believe it's a 1 time thing . King Arturia is a good server support but these hours are quite worrying. Perhaps an improvement on those hours? Regardless, still doing better than others. Boney Money - Playtime: 32 Hours (+156 Hours AFK) Boney money has helped other players and myself this month which is a good thing but he could improve on hours. Ya Mama - Playtime: 31 Hours (+3 Hours AFK) Active on discord. However, I don't see you much in game which is largely due to times zone difference. An improvement on hours played on your main account "Ya Mama" would be ideal. Babderkun - Playtime: 64 Hours (+135 Hours AFK) Exceptional server support that actually puts quality into his answers and doesn't just want to get it over and done with. This can be seen in the yell chat when after he tells them what the best weapon for revs is he then further explains that they also need a salve ammy for maximum damage output. Good hours, and overall helps out a lot and gives great responses. Knowledgeable, patient and helpful. Promotions: Skeleton has been promoted to Server Support. Fun Time has been promoted to Server Support. Everyone commenting B.S about these two shut the fuck up. These guys have their own personalities and from what I've seen in game the negative feedbacks are B.S. From what I know both of these players are reliable when it comes to asking for custom prices which is rather rare to find when it comes to asking server supports. Overall, I'd love to inspect both of these guys a little longer before I can give proper feedback. Really good to see that Fun Time is online when no one else is. I agree and disagree, the server supports are lacking but I think we need more. Majority of the time I do ::help it's either all red or has yellow dots. How to fix this? add quality server supports and increase their numbers. As for the rest of what I've quoted I agree. Agreed. The entire administration team isn't based in game so their hours don't have to be too high. they're based on forums, email, discord, and in game to help run the game more smoothly. Amazing update, hopefully many more new game modes to come. However, I would advise to have final copies of announcements / updates to be read over and edited. Can now stand out^ from the rest. Nonetheless, cool update and I'm pretty sure the player base is excited for more .
