I thought i responded to it fully, sorry. Let's say there is a team battle. Someone gets teleblocked for 5 minutes and runs to wilderness. They are instantly un tele blocked and can regear and tele back in a matter of seconds. Thats a little op dont you think?

-rework entire combat formula, stop buffing and nerfing individual items, the items should just work off the combat formula using equipment stats, if an item is over/under powered it's the combat formula not the item, in the case of an items special attack being under/over powered then it could also be the special attack which is incorrectly coded, you can find all of the special attack boosts on 2007wiki.
