didn't get my drop at ::risk

So, I killed a guy at risk today. (5k area) He had v set (i think), stat helm, dragonfire shield, primordial boots, dragon claws, granite maul and abyssal tentacle.

Right after I killed him I teleported away so that no one could kill me. as I came back to collect my loot, it wasn't there so I thought i would ask a staff and they that I should post a screen shot of the kill in here to get my loot.

this has been there for a long time. usually if the loot doesnt show up relogging will fix the issue. also if you set your teletab @ ::risk arena it will also stay visible for you

without video proof of this (even possibly with) you can't get a refund for this you need proof you never got the loot but honestly i wouldn't have high hopes

You should get a refund, it's happened to me before so gretar checked and could see what had happened then refunded

When you get a kill nd u tab u need to relog so u see loot

Thanks guys for your help!! I hope that Gretar sees this and gives me some kind of refund like he did to you. That would be awesome since I love playing this game:P

and Sophia i wasn't really sure what to do when this happened and i just didn't think of relogging in so i just contacted the in game support guys (Suor, Zezima). they said to put the screenshot of the kill here and tell what happened.
