Ez Suggestions

Some minor suggestions :

- Maybe add Vengeance timer?

- Add OSRS bounty hunter [Targets] with rewards - (It got suggested plenty of times.. but eh i'll just suggest it again)..

- Add Partyhat & Specs(OSRS Item) and put it on Voting Shop.

I tought these should be added ingame, give me your opinions :)!

veng timer wud be useful cos i use my own 30 second countdown timer atm

also make it so if u already hav veng activated u cant cast it again

Bountyhunter targets seem like a good idea.

If we have a veng timer we should also add a spec timer to the minimap area, showing when our specs are ready.

If phat + spec was added, it should be added to the list of custom items, not a vote reward. But I also wouldn't mind it being a castle wars award for like 1k points.
