i have a divine i love it and wudnt trade it for 3 customs but we shud remove divine altogether and replace it with elysian and leave as chaos ele drop so this way the ppl who hav divine dont lose it

and then put spectral and arcane in pkp shop for 1k

The divine spirit shield is the best idea and the rarest shield Ingame which can be dropped by killing chaos ele . I definitely agree with this . However , I wouldn't like to make ely and arcane spirit shield's worth to be sold for pkp since it can be used for only donators.
