DC'ing(freezing, out of map?) issue

Hello fellow RoatPkz players,

 

Dced today for a 49 killstreak and an AGS, Tent, ACB and some other pkp items.

Also I lost my Rune pouch and Dragon Defender because I was unable to log in again for 5 minutes.

What happened:

the moment I  dced(my screen was frozen, couldnt type or switch tabs)

I couldn't care less about the lost killstreak, but I've lost a 74 killstreak before like this.(where I also lost max gear) and it just makes pking when risking a pain in the ass.

Is there any way to fix this? I've got another account with 110-0 and I'm literally afraid to pk on it because I know eventually I will DC again. I know I can keep up 0 deaths if I try really hard, but not when these random dc's appear.

Not sure if it's relevant but I was fighting Deception X and he killed me but I doubt it's his doing.

A refund would be nice, but there is no way to prove what I was risking. I just wanted to know if anyone else has this problem and if there's a way to fix it so I can go on with pking while risking and not stress for a DC.

Same thing happened to me yesterday in a fight against me m8 @panic2hard, we were both in max nh gear and about 5 seconds into the fight this exact dc happened to me. Ofc idc about the items cause he's m8 and gave back, but what scares me is it was on my acc that's 600-53 kdr. Cbf losing simple nh fights from a cancer dc.

Word my alt was 90-0 dced and died in a brid fight few months ago lmfao
