It seems to be quite often someone has trouble with the client and it looks like a written explanation of how to delete the cache isn't clear enough so I made a quick video for this purpose. (This is for Windows, but it should be similar thing on other OS - the location of the cache is always the user directory, aka home drive). For those of you who don't need this video, and already know the path to get to the cache, here is a tip to get there faster: click Start, type %userprofile% and press enter! 2 Quote Link to comment
