This is nice because it was completely unexpected and a welcome surprise. But my thoughts are: pets are like rares, they serve no real purpose whatsoever, except to keep playing for longer. If somebody wants a third age set, they need to grind (or RWT) that 300M. If someone wants a pet, they need to grind that skill (or monster) until they get it. People who normally wouldn't spend hours doing that task will do it just for the pet. Well played Jagex! Besides, OSRS pets are really just a shitty version of Summoning - you know that skill where you can actually control your pets and make them do useful shit. 2 Quote Link to comment
