pvming shouldn't be free farm don't like this idea at all id rather just remove blacklist and it be a free for all. You already get an easy escape with an option to use 12 brews as well as only get teleblocked for 2 minutes at max. SOLUTION TO YOUR PROBLEM IS TO REMOVE RISK PROTECTION FROM ROYAL SO RAGGERS CANNOT ATTACK YOU WHILE YOU'RE PVMING. Blacklist should not work while your opponent is tbed even if you are in combat with the player for 3 minutes - how do you expect any youtubers/pkers to create content if we cannot successfully tb someone for x amount of minutes?

actually a decent idea, i agree, been having same issue , kept getting ragged with d bow and they keep going and going 3 mins cooldown doesnt apply with that when people just using specs and run

agreed. + ::blacklist sucks if *pker* hawe more then 1 royal account. some of them not even trying to kill till the end. just spec and run.. comebacks after 1-2mis trying again. so ye thats a good idea
