Of course, but until then as previously stated they will have to pick up the slack until a forum moderator is promoted. I would assume they can still remove posts and infract users

Someone removed a post I reported the other day. Besides, the global moderators should still be moderating the forums.

It's always a great idea, and truly It really does benefit servers. Though, there always will be a large minority that just enjoy doing their own thing, and do not like socialising/lurking forums.
