Couldn't have said it better myself. Server Support applications are not even meant to be public - Why they currently are is beyond me, every post is just being ignored by me for the time being. I have not, and will not ever ask the community to vote for a staff application.

Flamed him after he told me he only abused the command once - I was even going to give him the benefit of the doubt and one final warning, we then later found out it was almost 10 times. He flat out lied to me.

He had previous warnings from my self for his actions - The fact that this report wasn't the only time he had done this tipped him over the edge. Definitely a deserved demotion.

If you didn't 'quit' you probably would have SS by now. Besides, this has always been the case - It's hard to find good staff on this server that are willing to put in the effort. Players see next to nothing of how bad this community can be. New staff get over it quite quickly.
