no its just Camtasia clips can only be used on Camtasia and don't work on vegas, there used to be a way to change the clip type (as shown in that video) so it could be used in the vegas but now you cant do that.

Go in options in camtasia and put for file type '.avi ' instead of '.trec' which is the default then just drag and drop
