damn but this server doesn't base its hits off the bonuses they do it off items

 

example full mystics with master wand will have higher mage hits then full ahrims and ancient staff

Fairly sure it was like that on RS pre-eoc also.

Mage bonus counts on damage for a degree, and all spells have their respective max hits, however you had items (SOL, ASN (TSOTD OCC)) that increased the max damage of these spells also. + The mage bonus increases the chance of the spell actually connecting and not splashing.

yh i agree even if morrigans gets removed armadyl will still be unused cos of its price and stats

it shud be 50 pkp for the helm, 100 pkp for body and legs cos its similar to black dhide apart from the magic defense and the helm is only +2 more range than robin hat, also its bad for hybrid pking cos it gives - attack bonus
