Just implementing the ability to teleport is enough. There's no need for charges, considering it's a spawn pk server, as Orbital Vsat said. Although if anything, I'd suggest removing Karajma from the teleport list, considering the zone is pretty much nulled.

Why not suggest to add Ring of Vigour? No sense is modifying the p'ring to do something another item already does. Also, the p'ring isn't in the item list because it was disabled.

Currently, there is no set price. It's a matter of supply and demand. As there are few in-game, people will generally charge higher prices for them. Once the community settles on a standard price, it'll be updated.

Looks pretty good. Maybe space out some things so it doesn't look as cluttered. Also, possibly remove the bullet points in some locations (i.e. pictures). P.S. Fixed the images for you that were broken.
