Too bad you don't realise that Gretar and Zoradz are working on a new Old-school RuneScape client to replace the existing one. This will lead to the loss of all the current customs we have (wings, capes, hats, ALL...), so why not enjoy them whilst we still can instead of removing them from a client that is soon going to be retired anyway? I highly doubt he will re-add them to OSRS client (except the paid-for customs)

First of all 10/10 for effort you put into this thread. This is what I like to see. My feedback: ============ Wilderness PvM: Yes PKP Price increases/making more unspawnables (eg whip): No Even if PvM adds more PKP to the game, I just generally disagree with this as I mainly play this server over others due to it having spawning and easy to accumulate non-spawnables without much grinding. I think if decent gear is cheap people will be willing to lose it whereas as if it's not they will either not risk using it or will tab out/safe a lot. 07 Bosses: Yes Vote Shop: No Opinion New 07 Weapons for PK Shop: Yes (you missed Blessed SS) Character Customization: No Opinion Case-sensitive Screen Names: No Opinion New PK Teleports: No Opinion Donator Benefits Changes: No I like the current Donator capes. It's a private server, some customs are to be expected, we don't need to copy RS 100%. Support for better drop rates though. You forgot to mention we still have Chaotics for PvM (means Donators will most likely get the loot because can do most damage), remove of TB, access to ::bank, and ability to restore Special Attack energy. Skilling: No If it's getting added it should be added properly TBH, not half-assed shit. However, not really a fan of skilling and the only reason I'm saying no is because if it does get added, it will be required for the max cape and I'll be forced to do it to compete in PKing against the B-I-S cape. Max Cape: Yes (But only as a direct replacement, or advanced version of PKers Cape, eg. 10K Kills). PKing Restrictions: No IDC about Wests or a new Brid zone, but removing Magic from Edgeville is not a good idea. There are no looters anymore because untradeables are automatically saved, and as for Melee Pkers, they can learn to deal with it. (BTW: I am a Melee Pker, not a Mager but I have no problems with them attacking me!) Castle Wars: No Opinion RoatPkz Purge: Yes Item Fixes: No They work fine for me, G Maul is only OP in Pure PK, it is woefully inaccurate at Main level. Clan: Yes (also maybe have friendly-fire off so you can barrage and not hit your own clanmates?) Weekly Tournaments: Yes (daily is better because if it was weekly, and say I just wanted to do Pure or Zerk Tournaments, then I would have to wait several weeks for them to come round). Quality of Life: Yes Killstreak Skulls: No I like the current system because I mostly Pure PK at Edgeville/Varrock and death match every fight so it's difficult to get more than a few kills in a row. Although my highest killstreak is around 30 (from ages ago when I used to prod CRapier & OVL) - since coloured skulls were released I've never reached 25. So to sum it up I like the tinge every 5 Kills. Prayer Delay Fix: Yes Attack Priority: Yes Spawn Kits: No I agree they aren't as great as they used to be (because of Barrows/Bandos/AGS becoming PKP items) however they are still useful. Barrage Timer: Yes TB Timer: No This is currently a dontor feature. Casting TB: Yes Click Zones: Yes Eating Glitch: Yes

Well Bind's idea IS the same thing as the Duel Arena - just replacing the stake interface with a box and automatic tele with a portal. The whole point of risk zone is so you can use the risked items in the fight, not put them in a chest. Surely the simplest solution is to make it so you can't attack someone carrying more wealth than you at ::meth, unless they can attack you first, in which case you are able to retaliate. It makes the most sense to me.

I miss the Lvl 76 pking build I've used on other servers (60 Att, 1 Def & Pray, rest 99s). They were really fun

The fact you even have to ask this is proof of how ridiculous the ragging rule is. Don't get me wrong, I completely understand why it's there. I'm not a ragger BTW, and I rarely NS, when I do I can last around 10mins before conceding (unless I'm super bored with lots of time to kill which is rare). But the way it can be twisted to get someone banned is what I dislike. IMO there should be a list created where people can sign up as "official raggers". Anyone not on this list is not allowed to rag others or get ragged themselves (basically most people will be safe). When a report is made against someone staff could easily check this list and decline it if the person who made the report is on the list. Just an idea to allow raggers to compete with other raggers with protection from ban.

Wow those sad S.O.Bs  I've never played this server but always hear about their dodgy as fuck client from many RSPS discussion forums (Rune-Server, Runelocus, Mopar, etc.) Would never trust these sneaky bastards, makes me so angry. Thanks for the warning Gretar. It reminds me of the time another server (years ago) would hack their players real RS accounts if they had used RSBot, by finding the login file in the bot's directory and uploading it.

Well, I won't say 100% sure J J, because I didn't do enough testing. However, I did check with the test dummy plus I had around 5 fights (admittedly as a maxed 1-def pure, but still IK pures should hit over 14) and I couldn't hit higher... I can only assume you did so before one of the many combat-related updates we've had, one of which must have screwed the K-bow over. I never see it in use on a daily basis and this must be the reason why (I'm talking even before the Barrows in PK shop deal was pushed through). If you can hit higher please submit a correction - although even the 17 figure you have stated is weak. You can check any OSRS max hit calc to verify, or countless YT vids such as the one below, literally the first hit this player with 90 Ranged & 1 Defence hits is 21 with his K-bow.

Ragging rule is stupid because people play the victim and abuse it to get another player banned, which is ridiculous. Not going to mention names, I've seen people in wilderness, as soon as they get attacked by somebody they don't like, immediately they say "off ragger" (they don't attack back) and then say shit like "vidding", "PMing staff", "GF acc ragger" etc. etc. even if the guy is just PKing normal, no overheads on (just smite) and not rushing either - although rushing should be allowed too because it's just another PK tactic. That's not ragging, you shouldn't be allowed to pick your battles in the wilderness, anyone should be able to be attack you because they have the right-click option to do so - getting banned for pking is the dumbest thing ever heard. Go to the duel arena if you want to pick your fights. (Not talking about real ragging, which I class as repeatedly targetting one person over and over when they don't want to, or using overheads when they don't want to. That's pretty much it..)

Forum activity can easily be measured by number of (quality) posts submitted, not amount of time spent lurking - we have forum mods who can either delete or move none useful messages to the spam section (which should be excluded from any potential monthly contest). i don't think a 'random event' style pop-up is quite necessary. I do agree with your overall suggestion, just could be implemented better. It sure would be nice if the forums were busier, and this kind of incentive could lead to that, the only problem is too much "cancer" stuff puts people off posting, especially newer members who try to add something and get shot down for nothing.

Thanks, it took me a lot of time to test and input all the hits, and also to align the layout and add all the weapon icons. However it was worth the effort, particularly to discover that K-bow and Dragon darts need a serious buff. Maybe we will find more errors! Please post if you can hit higher than what's shown (with screenshot or video proof, from this server of course)

Yeah, wasn't sure if this was going to be a guide or bug report before I made the topic, I just sort did a bit of both. Anyway, I just checked the PM box (with dark theme) and as of right now it seems to be functioning correctly so maybe it was fixed!

Since I am currently making a max hit guide I need to highlight that this is a bug in the game!!!! @Gretar Why is the Karil's crossbow max hit only 14 at 99 Ranged with Ranging Potion and Eagle Eye when it should be 26 (or 31 with Void Ranger set) ??? Also, why do Rune Darts have higher damage than Dragon Darts? Lol you
