Multiple things that are code-related: the rest of the skills, polishing current skills, adding more bosses. Current skilling isn't varied enough and there's a lot of OSRS bosses that still aren't on Roat after years.
Being stricter on toxicity may push away some of the current community but would help in retaining some players. Racism aimed towards Muslims/Middle Easterners/Black people/Venezuelans is pretty rampant and pushes people away. Saying don't be sensitive/ignore list doesn't fix the problem because they don't want to play a server where people are saying those things, even if they can hide it.
Adding certain things that may not pass a poll but would arguably improve the game. Items such as Korasi would see backlash but add more variety to edge pking and better the state of pking in the long run.
Roat actually catches and punishes RWTers which pushes certain groups to other games to make IRL money.
That being said, Roat is still very active, especially when you compare it's stats to the stats a year ago (based on the numbers I have access to).

On another note more interaction from staff than hpevents would be great. Whenever there's a HP event it bursts with activity for a bit. Maybe another form of event that only mods/streamers can do.
What interactions from staff would the players like to see? Personally, I'd like to see a way for mods and admins to make minigame events more popular.

I took a month off from the game and most things computer-related. Been burnt out and busy irl. So feedback won't be that personalized.
@Smackd Comes up with an insane amount of good ideas. Puts a surprisingly lot of work behind the scenes.
@Fantastic Been a good admin for years. Hosts events. Handles lots of reports and bans.
@VALENCE Active, nice, and friendly. Was a quick SS to mod promotion but has proved it was a good one.
@Baz Baz and valence were the best two mod promotions I've seen in a long time.
@goat Always active.
@a pixel v1 Oldest mod now. Consistently good

@TulrakShould have been mod 6 months ago. Plays a lot, been playing for years, tons of game knowledge.

Staff team good.
Some don't do much though, which is why there's 20 staff members but it feels like no more than a dozen. The thing is, even if you aren't that active for some time as long as you aren't doing anything harmful like abusing then there's not much reason to demote you, as long as you'll play more later.
Quite a few staff are dismissive towards noobs and nooby questions. Just because something is obvious or easy to look up doesn't mean you ignore them or talk shit to them. You should answer them and let them know how they can find it by themselves for next time.
The longer I'm on Roat the more I notice high playtime doesn't always mean good staff and low playtime doesn't always mean bad staff.

There are a lot of updates that can be made to RoatPkz skilling but your arguments aren't very good.

You'll rarely find anyone skilling for pkp because skilling spots in the wildy are active hotspots for pking.
A lot of OSRS skilling is the same. Afk chopping trees isn't as good money as things such as bossing.
Roat skilling can actually make decent money if you do something like chop magics on an alt.

There are infinite slayer task teleports. They must be used through the cape, though.
I'm pretty sure the max cape being able to be worn at any level is a perk, not a bug.

the double harvest gives you 2x resources (no bonus xp)
