Awful Server lag

Is anyone else experiencing horrible lag when playing? It only happens around 3pm-6am USA Eastern time. It is not my internet; i have gigabit speeds at my office and home yet the issue persists.

I do see other people complaining of the problem in game. What can be done to resolve this? I love this server but it just becoming unplayable due to these huge lag spikes. 

Could it be where the server is hosted? Or the amount of players online? I was hoping the most recent update would help with the server restart to implement the updates but it did not

Wired. This is internet lag. For example i will attack someone and then everyone stops moving and then ive hit the guy 9 times in 1 second and vice versa.

I work with servers and networking for a living so i have done as much as i can on my end to alleviate the issue but nothing has worked

Should move the host to US anyways, the majority of donators on here are from the US, only right the host is moved @Gretar.
