adding max  cape to the game makes it so powerful and improved so take an eye on my suggestion

a max cape wudnt make sense on roat pkz cos its click lvling and thers no non cb skills

also we hav pkers cape which is similar thing when u get to 1k kills

how are we supposed to get a max cape if this is a pking server i mean since u can't really level up any skills what would be the requirements for this cape to get it the pkers cape is already the best ingame and op asfuck i think max cape would be too overpowered maybe when they remove chaotics and stuff it could be reconsidered but for the time now i think the pkers cape is good enough. not a bad post btw i liek the idea just not at the moment and should it ever be reconsidered i think it should have a very high requirement like 5k or even 10k+ kills
