Just get 70 defense and 70 Range, god dhide top veracs helm and veracs skirt, your 4 range levels away from black d'hide and your 60 defense, 70 defense is 1 days work it'll make the caves a lot easier for you.

this and use k bow instead of c'bow if u dont have void, bring 7 brews, 1 range pot, 100+ sweets and the rest restores

Get 75 range for blowpipe, caves will prob take you a little over an hour with it.

EDIT: Also fury for the defensive bonuses, or new zenyate if you can afford it for BIS

this is the setup i wud use and it only costs around 500k in supplies, 15 prayer bonus or higher is recommended cos ur pray drains 50% slower

also u can use zamorak bracers they are same as black d'hide vambs but giv +1 prayer bonus

the cape and boots are faked on with paint but the bonuses have been editted and are 100% accurate

Just practice it on a private server then... not this one obviously. But there's some with realistic Jad. Practice till you can do it with your eyes closed!
