Small changes, updated the veteran rank. There is no longer 3/5 year veteran on the forums we may add 2011 veteran in the future. Lots of people who currently have the 5 year rank are not even 5 year veterans and just lied about it so we just decided to combine the ranks. I personally don't feel this deserved an entire update thread but whatever lol.

Lots of people love the gambling aspect on rsps, some people even only play some servers for this. In my personal opinion the best way to implement this is with option two ( Would a player have to donate for the bag/spot?) Make it only purchasable if you are super donator like an upgrade to the rank able to use the dice bag. Scamming will most likely happen regardless and that is the risk the player takes when they trade the items over. Highly support this idea.

Feel free to suggest, we are actively looking for ways to change veteran rank because it's such an annoyance at the moment.

Administrator permissions have been changed to hand out infractions and revoke if needed. Veteran rank will be changed in the near future. Chatbox will be (hopefully) receiving some bug fixes.
