Osamu Posted March 12, 2018 Report Share Posted March 12, 2018 Hello, I've not posted an introduction yet(nor checked if there's a section for it) so I'll start with this post here. My name's Danny and I'm learning a few development languages myself, can do just about anything but I don't excel at much. This includes: Coding, photoshop and most things adobe, community management and development. I've decided to make an effort to make a few contributions to this server, so I'll start with a few suggestions. A lot of these may be taken as "Cringe" to the more hardcore pkers, which I completely understand but my suggestions are derived based on what I thought was both most convenient and popular, harmless as opposed to the die hard mindset. Mind you, the suggestions are few and secondary to structure updates, but it will be updated frequently because I'm always looking for ideas. Legend: Regular | Donator | SuperList of suggestions Clanwars (with or without options, so that clans can do friendly 10v10s or 5v5 practises to train new recruits etc) Timers(Veng & Barrage) Right click auto-cast Add a limit to kills per minute and give EP to BH 1 Link to comment

I killed a kid who was genuinely trying about 15 times before he got a kill on me because he was a new-ish pker. What I mean by this is when two IPS/Accounts fight for the 2nd time within 3-5 minutes of being killed, no PKP is received for the kill. Link to comment

Also, you guys have made it so regular users do not have permissions to edit their own threads, such being said I will not be able to offer content ideas without somewhat spam, and I cannot edit spelling mistakes and/or pretty up my thread. Intriguing, but I don't think it's ideal to make something like that Donator+ when forums are hard enough to get genuine activity on to begin with, I already planned to donate but regardless you've taken away somewhat of an essential from the general population. E.G The clan post I'm gonna make soon will need lots of editing(new members, rank changes, requirement changes, photo updates), if I didn't plan to buy donator, I wouldn't have started a clan for that sole reason. Small things like this scream unnattractive to me, where as someone who's trying to make money for or with this server might see it as a opportunity. TL;DR Most people wouldn't care for it, but people like me do and are discouraged rather than motivated by such things. And when I say EP drops, the range can be original. I just remember the golden days with EP drops and login PK servers around the time when Frugooscape hit 8000+ members online. Could even remove all berserker rings etc from banks and add them as frequent drops, so you have to sort of pk your way into a decent set with things like the fury and d full helm, this range can be extremely lenient as well. Osamu Posted March 13, 2018 Author Report Share Posted March 13, 2018 (edited) Another update: Teleport interface. Don't know how I forgot this one because it seems so important to me. I love the oldschool feel but it is so hard to know what kind of PvM this server has/which locations are popular without a teleport interface. Even in the ::commands list, it does not tell you whether where you're teleporting to is multi or not. Back to the above post which I seemingly cannot edit anymore, You could make frequent drops of things like 1-3 Anglerfish etc like we've now with the Champ, would actually be able to just get rid of the champ and/or give it a new drop table if you wanted to.
