You clearly haven't been watching how DH special is supposed to work, in NO scenario should dh be hitting upwards of 67 when the player using dhar has 65+ hp Ive seen this happen over 10 times today its gotta be fixed this is a serious flaw breaking the armor getting stupid high hits when they shouldn't be achieving this damage.

dharok's max hits arent based solely on hp. the special effect on dharok activates higher hits with more accuracy when you're lower hp. if you're high hp you can still hit high, but lower chance to, doesn't mean you can't hit high at all.

Is possible I think, with higher tier gear it can be achieved. I wrote a max hit guide a few years back, it is almost certainly out-dated now because of some combat-formula related updates as well as new weapon/armor upgrades. But I will copy the Dharok's formula I had back then....
