As you might’ve already noticed by the several comments, we do not take any responsibility for accounts that are hacked, as we offer account protection by email (which is very secure FYI). You even receive a message upon every login, telling you to set an email to secure your account. The hacker(s) are always banned, meaning that whatever items they took are useless in the end, and ultimately being a big waste of time for them. The problem with refunding isn’t that we’re lazy. In fact there are tons of things we handle behind the scenes, both player and server based. If we refunded people, there’d be several precautions we’d have to look to. People would start faking account hacks for their own benefit, it’d take a horribly long time to go through every refund (Gretar is constantly busy already), and generally, it’d just halt us. I strongly urge you to ALWAYS use a new combination of passwords whenever you’re registering on a game, forum, or anything for that matter. Hope this cleared it up for you!

I occasionally hop on every year or so, but I have to say Roatpkz is at the highest potential I have seen EVER. Well done @Gretar you have come the farthest I have ever seen an owner come in the RSPS scene, truly a work of art. Glad to see the forums updated, server flourishing, and tons of updates to make up for it. Not to mention the toxic playerbase has tremendously went down. The only sad thing I have to say is I have yet to see Andrew anywhere, last I saw he had 25k kills! Good times.
