Wilderness warning removal

Have a command that allows more experienced players to remove the fact that you get a warning when trying to tp to ::brid or ::44s or other areas, i get its not that big of a deal but a tiny little thing like that cant take that long, maybe have a command thats like ::removewarning.

I'd advise making it only applicable to accounts with a certain amount of playtime, to help deter raggers rapidly TPing in. @Suor @Gretar

Or just add a "don't ask me again" option, no need for a whole new command.

I noticed you can now press 'space' to continue and then '1' to choose 'yes' to teleport, but I still want this option to remove.
